How are the Osteoporosis? Better or worse?

I’m hoping my latest fall causing 10 new fractures in my left ribs and spine plus 1 broken rib left side on 17th March doesn’t put me in a worse position with my osteoporosis! I’m taking 2x1000iu Vitamin D 3 daily and Magnesium daily
