Evista (Raloxifene)
Does anyone have experience with Exista? I just started taking it.
I didn't have problems with legs aching until I started taking Forteo. Then the leg cramps hit me and I've been taking Magnesium for my legs and that has helped me tremendously.

Is Evista the same as Alendronic acid? I’m supposed to take the A acid but decided not to due to all side effects I keep hearing about. Have just started on Algeacal and Strontium boost.
I took Stronium Ranelate for years but my gp took me off it as I have two serious lung diseases.

I Am Taking Forteo And I Feel Weak And Dizzy.
Has anyone with experience with Forteo feel this way? I was taking Prolia and ended up with osteo necrosis of the jaw. I was told this was the only drug I could take. My brain feels so foggy one it.

I have not but I chose Evista now to start it has least side effects but it has some. I’m just scared to not take something

How Did You Choose Your Treatment?
I went against my endo's recommendation and choose what I thought to be the least invasive drug with the fewest side effects after I was unable to take Fosamax. I am currently taking Evista, Ca and Vit D but I am scheduled for my second bone scan. I am hoping to have made progress but my doctor is not hopeful. He wants me to choose between Forteo and Tymlos. Why does this drug cost so much, is there any way I can get it at a lower cost?
I’m paying 1,354.?? For one month of Tymlos w/ Ins. The drug companies are piggies!
Medication Question
My primary care has recommended Evista while my gynecologist recommends Fosteum Plus. Not sure which way to go???
I do not take probiotics but I eat pldin Greek yogurt as well. I will look into the probiotics. I eat a very healthy diet for the most part and also walk and strength train. Thank you for your tips!
Has Anyone Used EVISTA For Osteoperosis Treatment?
Does anyone have any experience taking EVISTA? My doctor has suggested this as an alternative to Bisphosphonates as I had concerns about the side effects with those drugs. Curious any experiences anyone has had (positive or negative) - in particular any side effects, negative reactions, etc. Any information would be welcome and helpful.
