i have severe osteop.i got implants on the top, 2 didnt take my dentist pulled them right out. but tooka chance on me and put 2 more in, and we held our breath, waited 3 months and they took. im starting the bottoms on feb 1st, im a little Nervis. but i wont take anything without complete info.

I have osteopenia and was prescribed Prolia. Decided to seek another opinion and referred to an exercise physiologist. Undertaking exercise program In an attempt to stop progression. Has anyone else tried this and how successful was it?

Yes, Lorraine, i did. I was diagnosed with osteopenia and immediately increased my daily walking which is obviously a weight bearing exercise. The result of my next DEXA scan was normal. Really.

I'm worrying about some recent sharp pains in leg, or knee as walking or moving on steps. I know some leg breaks due to accidents/falls. As I read someone broke a bone in leg, I'm picturing it happened all of a sudden as if the bone crumbled/collapsed? And was there any warning pain in day/s before? Or no, not happening like that? Thanks.

So sorry to hear you have anxiety besides being in pain. My son has terrible anxiety & is on a prescription that he says doesn’t help. Hope you get the help you need
