Has Someone In The Medical Field Acted Like Your Diagnosis Of Osteoporosis Is NOT A Big Deal?
In March 2020 I had a mental health issue & was in the hospital 2 weeks. When out I had a wellness (mental health) councilor from a senior center for about 8 months. Do you take Ad-Cal?? (Vitamin D plus Calcium). Available on prescription from GP, I take 4 daily. Helps slow down bone density/deterioration. Can be easily bought in supermarkets etc.

Does any one experience more pain on the day and the next ….after taking the weekly dose age?
I am keeping a journal and this happens after I take my weekly dose….and then two days later …I am back to the normal level of pain. Today was the dosage day….and I am HURTING!!!!

I have recenyhaf vertigo and been doing physio for that. Much better now and wanting to exercise for osteoporosis in back which was diagnosed after cracked back from lifting a heavy object. Had onejptokis but won't continue cos of side effects also actenol tzbd same discontinue bad side effects.
