Is Coffee Ok Or Not?
I have been reading and the studies seem to have mixed reviews on drinking coffee (caffeine). I love my coffee and have cut back, not just on the amount but am now doing half-caff half decaff. Thoughts?

I have this, and since pandemic has got so much worse, trying to get injection to help the pain in my groin, on painkillers, but they make you sleepy and constipated, doctors don't seem to want to help really anymore

Rib Popping
I do feel a bit silly asking this but I am hoping someone on here will have experienced the same thing. Today while bathing the dog I overstretched and felt my lower rib “pop”. Now 6 hours later I’m in a lot of pain with it. This has also happed once before when I leaned over to put something into my supermarket trolly and the same popping sound. Neck Pain Due To Fractures
I have had neck pain for 18mt I paid for Aqua puncture which didn’t help ,doctor sent for MRI scan were they diagnosed fractures of the neck,but there just said it could be due to osteoporosis, had blood test done which showed border line osteoporosis,no treatment was surgested is there anything I can do myself to help situation thanking you Jenny allen

Re Success Of Forteo
I have received been prescribed Forteo injections because of a significant drop in my recent DEXA Scan and would like to get feedback/experience from others about the efficacy of this drug versus Aclasta?
Carol, I wish you all the best with your treatment! It’s wonderful that your health care provides some free meds for you. How long did you take the Forteo injections without seeing improvement?
