Any One Use My Pillow For Neck Pain?
I have neck pain. My disk are deteriorated. I can't get comfortable at night. I see these ads for My Pillow and wonder if it helps like the ad. I don't want to spend$50 on a pillow and not help. My sister-in-laws suggested a new pillow. Any input would be welcome.

I Have Been On Prolia For 4 1/2 Years, Two Shots Left - I Know There Are Other Drugs Availabe.
I am asking other members what they take and success rate before I see my rheumatologist in the fall. I believe in being informed. This is my body and I really want to get this right after so many years of wrong meds. So far I have had good success with prolia - I was at -3.6 and now at -3.1. All I am asking is other meds and how people feel while on them.

But I think there is research showing that just stopping Prolia without taking another OP, maybe a biphosphonate, can result in fractures. I'm not a medical person but I would do my homework on this.
Has Anyone Had IV Treatment?
Since I cannot take Calcium, my dr recommended yearly IV treatment for osteoporosis. I’m not certain I want to do this. Has anyone else received these treatments.

How does anyone afford it? Even with insurance, my cost was going to be $1041 A MONTH!! There is some "assistance" available, but only if your income is low. My income is not poverty level, but I still couldn't afford that!

Yes I Need To Ask I Can Only Have Hrt For Osteoporosis, Been Told Can’t Have Prolia, Did Have 3 Zolodrenate Infusions.back In 2019.
I’ve had few dental problems lost 4 teeth, maybe that’s why I couldn’t have prolia…..what can I do to help my fractures..have been in my spine, I walk everyday, what other excercise can I do that would help. And be safe for me. Any information would help thanks.
