I’d Like To Learn More About Osteoporosis Of The Jar. Is This A Thing? On A Recent Visit To My Dentist, My X-ray Revealed The Cartilage
After a full jaw X-ray, My dentist told me the cartilage in my jaw is pretty worn.
I am not a tooth grinder or jaw clencher, it just seems to have happened. They recommend a night guard right now but they also mentioned surgery if it progresses. Please provide more info about this. Thank you.

My Rheumatologist suggested I would go on Prolia every 6mo. After Reading The warnings for this medication.

Is It Usual For My Joints To Ache With Osteoporosis?
I know my joints ache at times but I have osteoarthritis too. Damp weather makes it worse.
Exercise For Osteoporosis On My Left Hip
I tried weight bearing exercises I got off the internet and it seems to make my left hip hurt more-I had osteopenia last year and now i am told i have osteoporosis , so Im scared and not sure what to do and afraid of breaking my hip now
