X ray showed nothing of concern. No inflammation observed. Considerrd osteoarthritis. Physiotherapy didn't help. Joined a gym and attend 4 sessions a week, plus yoga.
Pain keeps me awake all night. Rheumatologist referred me to spinal surgeon for possible diagnostic injections. But, should I be assessed by a neurologist.
