Back Stretch For Osteo
Does anyone have a good stretch for your back that gives the same feeling as the standing forward bend? That has always been one of my favorites, but now can't because of fracture risk. I miss the feel of just folding at the waist for relief. 😌 Thank you in advance!

I Have Read A Lot Of Posts From Members That Are Taking Either Prolia Or Types Of Bisphosphonates. Has Anyone Chosen Low Dose HRT Treatment?
I have been reading member posts for over two years now and while some report good results it seems the majority have suffered side effects from both Prolia and Bisphosphonate medications. It seems to me that once you choose to go on one type of medication there is no getting off the merry-go-round. Once you stop one you have to go onto another type of medication. Otherwise it seems that there is an increased risk of severe degeneration of your bones
