Has anyone besides me, using a rolater tripped over one of the wheels? I got the one with the larger wheels because it says it's better for uneven terrain. I live in an old farmhouse, dirt and gravel driveway, lots of dips and bumps in the lawn. Do You Have To Take Unsafe "bone-building" Drugs To Stop Osteoporosis From Getting Worse?
I have had osteopenia for a few years, but for about a year now, I have to take hydrocortisone daily for adrenal insufficiency. My last dexa scan 2 months ago shows I now have osteoporosis. I take 5000 units of D3, k2, boron, and magnesium daily. I dont have a rheumatologist anymore because I fired her about a year or so ago. She wasn't helping at all. What else can I do?
