There is some technical info about how bone develops at the beginning but it includes symptoms, dietary ideas and exercise.

I need to get me a book on Osteo. When I retired from nursing in my 60’s I gave all my text books away. I don’t use the internet for research much any more, so I will check out Amazon. I would think early care could slow down developement or try to prevent complications.

Thanks Betsy. I am a person who learns best through reading. Osteoporosis is a rather vague disease to me. It seems like you are told you have osteopenia then not much is done to reverse the situation. I need to find out more about bone growth and that seems like a good source of information.
