I get activator therapy weekly at the chiropractor and regular massage. Had physical therapy with some hands on with emphasis on posture. Rib discomfort and breathing was painful until last month. Upper body work irritates the ribs but doing much better now. Want to try stem cell therapy and doing research on best type. Think Vertebroplasty might interfere with having stem cell . Moist heat has been helpful since I don’t take drugs.

PJ, I also go to the chiropractor for the activator, which I think has helped. Have you had a hands on massage after a compression fracture? I would love to have one, but hesitate due to fractures last year. Thx much

Hi you has your fracture a long time July. How have you coped with the pain so long. Mine only 4 months seems far too long has so painful.
I thought they healed after 4 months. Hope you coping better than me PJ

I got same as you mine happened Sept. Due for vertebroplasty Feb. Was told reduce pain about 50%. Dont know if worth risk. The long list of possible damage has really putting me off. Plus they found in got 6 VERTEBRAL BODY Hemangiomas. Dare not ask too much about them till fracture sorted.
Anyone else got similar probs.
