Osteostrong has been a game changer for me. I have been going for 3 years and my scans have definitely improved AND so has my balance and I am much stronger

I just started Osteostrong program - I live in London On and it is one of the only locations in Canada. My last scan showed decline and despite risedronate for the last year and calcium, magnesium and D3 supplements following a fragility fracture of the ankle, I felt that I had to do more to help prevent more loss. I would be interested in hearing from others whether osteostrong is helpful. It is expensive, but if it can help prevent a fracture, it would be worth it
