Hormone Replacement Therapy
Anyone's doctor recommend this. Mine wants me to take it for Osteoporosis. When I read the side effects I get unsure about taking it.
When I google it, it does say it is used to treat Osteoporosis after menopause.
I asked Gp about this yesterday and he said in Uk never prescribed for ladies over 60! So that’s that!
Mine said not prescribed for any women over 60 in UK.
I took HRT early in the piece. The doctors convinced me when I queried side effects, that they were only putting back what was missing. It can only be a temporary measure though as I believe the risks increase after five years. I stopped at that point. If you have other menopausal symptoms, it is a help and protects your bones for a while longer, but you also have to decide if you want to be “pre menopausal” again.
Here is an article on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. It is all natural. My sister-in-law has used it for about 8 months now and is acting and feeling about 20 yrs younger. I can't find anything about a limit on how long you can take it since it is all natural, like soy and other herbs.
Just thought you might like to check it out. I am looking at starting it based on her experience and the fact it is all natural.

My doctor won't allow it either in Northern Ireland.
