I have recenyhaf vertigo and been doing physio for that. Much better now and wanting to exercise for osteoporosis in back which was diagnosed after cracked back from lifting a heavy object. Had onejptokis but won't continue cos of side effects also actenol tzbd same discontinue bad side effects.

That HelenBeech knows her stuff! If you doctor will send you for Physical Therapy to a place with a pool, they can teach you all kinds of exercises that are helpful.
The pool is my favorite place to exercise. All of my parts work in the pool!
My doctor told me that weight bearing exercises are best. Walking is very good. Resistance exercises with very little weight until you work up to a little bit more. You shouldn't be in pain afterward. Watch your weight too.
