I'm Eating Jelly (about Half A Teaspoon Of Agsr Agar (gelatin )every Day, Suppose Ld To Help/reverse Osteoporosis?
My naturopath recommends 1 teaspoon of gelatin per day, but I think , that agar agar is a better option, started with 1/2 tsp, as it has also other minerals and is more
natural. I make a jelly or adding a bit to my porridge.
Not sure if that is a good way with no side effects?
