Are you familiar with Osteostrong? Is it effective?
I’ve recently read some bad reports of it.... Do some research if I were you.

I decided to go a different route. I found a trainer at a small gym who works with this. I go twice per week for an hour each. My posture has improved and my lower back pain is gone. I feel a bit stronger overall. I will try this amd see how my bone density scan reads next year.
Why didn’t you stick with it?
I went. It can't hurt. I'm not sure it it helps because I didn't stick with it. The exercises are quick..each machine is hooked up to a computer and you push or pull for restance. The computer shows your score. You go through 4 or 5 of these. Takes less than 20 minutes or so. They track your score. Nothing painful and you can be dressed in anything.
I eat anything with calcium, D3, magnesium in it. I also did see where Vit K was good.
