Does anyone recommend anything natural? I don't want to take any meds bcz of severe side effects. I have severe osteoporosis pretty much all over. Thanks in advance for ur comments

I'm aftraid of the side effects. Broken jaw.. fractued femur .. fractured spine. Who wants to take that?? Curently I'm taking calcium, magnesium and zinc all in one and also "tropical oasis" complete joint relief.. seems to help. I also take Ibuprofen or tylenol for arthritis as needed..

I take the Prolia injections. Have had no problems with it. My osteoporosis is bad and my bones are very wesk. I get stress fractures in my back quite easily. I would do almost anything to strengthen my bones. I have pain in my back on a daily basis.
