I really feel the pain will always be there just not as bad. I still can’t stand long or walk for a long distance...it has also affected my breathing....

I had the same thing... it rea.ly calcium is not good for u..only natural calcium.i went on can i is with thc and it helped my pain imensly.....I also take d and k....I also went on Forteo shots every night to build new bone...and the say it is working....something for u to ask about...I had a specialist do this

Sorry Sylvia I had 3 back fractures last year and one opened wider....I know the pain you are going through it is horrible...I found tramadol and gabapentin helps me...

my gp has taken me of alendronic acid for a month see how it effects me and may have to look at alternative meds has it started given me severe heartburn and chest pains but have also been getting more severe pain in my back he thinks I may have another fracture but because I have been put on the very high risk of catching Covid 19 I have to sheild for 12 weeks so I have another 6weeks before I maybe able to go out and can only have phone consultations at this time so cannot go for X-ray to get it checked I just have to keep using the pain patches my gp put me on in febuary so I am just taking each day at a time hopefully it will start improving I just trying to keep getting as much rest as I can but still trying my best to do everyday tasks as best as I can so feeling a bit uneasy at the minute but also looking forward to the arrival of my new grandson in 12 days
