Oh I have pain everyday in both feet a lot of my foot pain is nerve damage and the X-rays showed bones loss due to Mr. Arthur years ago and now its everyday foot pain so when I hear exercise or walk I want to kill someone ha ha
Here's what I have been doing so I don't go insane with pain : Try the Nano socks easy to get and not expensive you also might ask your doctor if you could have neuropathy not only diabetics have this hope this helps.

ClaireBradley, regarding steroid injections, I have osteoarthritis all over. I’ve had several steroid injections over several years, usually with good results. Just know you can have side effects. I had an issue with my right thumb and wrist. It was injected but the ‘fix’ didn’t last long, the problem was the lower joint in the thumb had arthritis and it was hyperextending. Just be aware that steroid injections can thin out the tissue surrounding the area and that can cause problems later. But I’ve had shoulder, hip and neck injections all with good results.
