Alendronate Or Alendronic Acid
I have been on Alendronic Acid for 6 years now and suffer with severe cramps in my toes, legs and hands. My doctor has taken me off various drugs to ease them but this is having now real impact. Would it be the Alendronic Acid causing them?

Thank you Thatismyrealname I have tried magnesium and it does not really help. The only thing that did help a bit was quinine tablets but I had to come off those as it was causing low platelets. I am now trying a low dose of gabapentin which helps a little but does not cure it.
Thank you for accepting me
I was on Gabapentin, it did not help. The only other thing I can suggest is turmeric gummies. You may have seen my reference to them many times on here. I don't know if anyone tried them but they help me better than Codiene You have to eat them every day so the turmeric id kept in your system. I researched turmeric and we can consume 1 tablespoon a day. There is only 1/2 tbsp in a batch which lasts. about a week.
I constantly have severe cramps in my legs, hands, and feet. My Doctor told me to take 150mg of magnesium 4x a day. They have almost stopped.
Hope your day is good as well.
