i suggest to keep walking. Eat fods containing Calcium Take Caltrate Calcium tablets and I also take magnesium sprinkled on my breakfast cereals daily. Henry Blooms Magnesium Complex Powder for joints, muscles & bones (&nerves!) from Chemist Warehouse if you have this store in NQ (cheaper there), Weight bearing other exercises are good - A small brick is good - use as weights and do some lifts with it.- Walking is excellent of course. riding on a gym bike. I have many aches and pains - So attitude is important I feel -Keep chuckling - Good for endorphins!

Your doctor, if nothing else, will be able to give you names of books about diet and nutrition. You should be able to find a physical therapist that will help guide your exercises to get the best result. They may be doing virtual appointments only, but they will give you a good starting point.
