What Foods Are Good For Bone Health &"what Good Foods Are To Be Avoided?

I have been doing research on bone health & food. I have cut my full pot of coffee every day to just a cup a couple of times a week. One article said to use decalf. Another said decalf was acidic & bad for bone health. One article said eat beans another said don't because they block calcium absorption. Eat greens for natural calcium, then dont because a compound in them blocks calcium absorption. So what do we eat for bone health????

I have just purchased 1 MD. It has 180 mg K2. Algi Cal wants you to take Stronium with it. Research said, this element is heaver than calcium & settles in the bones & bone scan looks like it is new bone but it isn't. Is this true? I'm not sure, but it needs investagation. As to prunes & yoguart. I'm on it. Good idea!
