I don’t know where you live, but my record after the DEXA scan said I could get a second one in a year. Maybe you need a new doc?

I have been on Algea cal for over a yr. can’t seem to get a scan done to check how I’m doing .my Doc. Says I need to wait another 2yrs. How stupid is that. So no way of knowing.

Sure Lisa. I’ve only been taking it for a couple of months so it’s a bit early to tell. I tripped over a month ago and broke my wrist! Annoying. But I haven’t had any pain so that’s good. Anna

Both of you please update. I had seen AlgaeCal, but wondered if it truly works. I just recently got diagnosed with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis, and have had Osteoarthritis for some years. Thanks Lisa
