Calcium

A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone take Calcium supplements with Prolia? I can hardly tolerate the calcium supplement side effects, including extreme constipation. Is getting Calcium from your diet enough??

It may be the type of calcium you are taking. I really like New Chapter Bone Strength. One very small easy to swallow tablet 3x/day and no gastrointestinal effects.

I just order calcium and magnesium citrate powder. Such positive reviews and no added fillers!! Starting it tomorrow hope next dexascan in July will show improved. Was taking liquid calcium but financially hard and happened upon powder from bulk supplements!!

Try a plant based calcium. While traditional calcium hurt my stomach, calcium Hydroxyapitite has not.
