Hi Trish , I have Sjrogens , Lupus , Osteoarthritis & Osteoporosis , I never know what is causing what ....it’s difficult , I try & not let any of it define me ! I have Prolia injections calcium+ vitamin D ,vitamin K2 with MK7 for Osteoporosis ,Plaquinal for Sjrogrens & Lupus , Paracetamol for pain relief. I recently had a cortisone injection in my left hip which has given me relief .....however I’ve decided I won’t have anymore as Cortisone & Prednisone are no good for our bones . Stay positive & keep moving , hugs from Val 🌻🌻🌻

You are so young dear to be having such a lot of ailments, but I can feel your positive vibes...
This last few weeks have caused a lot of issues for me and left me weepy at times, I suppose it’s the frustration along with extreme tiredness....yesterday I had b12 injection so hoping it kicks in and helps more energy come my way...I am a firm believer in keeping moving...though difficult if at all some days....
However, I wish you well and so hope your days are lifted by caring or understanding of your situation by others...Blessings

Oh Dear Val.... You have what I call a job lot to be coping with... Thanks for your input... I tend to steer away from Injections of steroids, obviously when I need to I do but try to manage... Tiredness and pain is a pain obviously and I do carry on best I can.... Low platelets I can tell when due boost like errrr now lol.
Hope your having a good day there... I'm replacing security cameras well the electrician is tomorrow but I had to shop for same today.. At least full lockdown is being eased so that's positive... Stay well as pos hun. X
