Neck Pain Due To Fractures

I have had neck pain for 18mt I paid for Aqua puncture which didn’t help ,doctor sent for MRI scan were they diagnosed fractures of the neck,but there just said it could be due to osteoporosis, had blood test done which showed border line osteoporosis,no treatment was surgested is there anything I can do myself to help situation thanking you Jenny allen

You can research supplements /vitamins that promote bone building, nutrition too.Many on here have had success with this plus exercising.

I had awful neck pain for a year and a half before a doctor did an exray and found arthritis. I was very discouraged with these drs. I went to several and they just schrugged their shoulders and acted like it was no big deal. ☹️☹️
