I'm on zapain and amityptrlyne too very strong painkillers, it don't solve problem though, I feel sorry we have such cold weather don't help this condition at all warmer weather would help a great deal
Yes, but cannot go yo them, no more through covid they send you excersises through post and that's it, don't really help much, cannot see a doctor face to face have always book appt, since the virus started, and they nhs overwhelmed more like the pple in pain not getting proper help is overwhelming to us to be honest, that's how I'm thinking then Dr blames us for putting weight on, don't makes sense to me think they trying to kill us off 💯😢😢😢

I don't have any solutions, either. My osteoarthritis is just getting worse very fast. Dr. says I should get more exercise. That gives me more knee pain. I alternate between ibuprofen and acetaminophen for pain. One works for awhile and then stops working. Then I switch to the other till it quits working.
