Does Anyone Else Have Lower Back Pain?

A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

There are times that I haven’t done anything and right across my lower back hurts awful. If I vacuum the house I can only do a small area before the pain is terrible and I have to stop.

I can relate. I've had Osteoporosis since 2005. I find that if working in garden I can do about 30 minutes at a time then need to switch up to another activity whether housework or walk. If I do more than that I'm doomed with extreme pain. It's taken me a long time to get the timing down but it keeps pain at bay.

I tend to overdo it every time I do some work outside. I love to garden, but my back always complains about it.

Vacuuming is hard on the lower back. That slight twisting. I’m doing a lot of core and abdominal exercises to help strengthen lower back muscles. Hoping it helps.
