Sore Red Gums Receding Around My Bottom Teeth
Is this a complaint associated with Osteo Porosis as I have had it fo over 12 months? It started when I was taking Aledronic Acid with Vitamin D

@A MyOsteoTeam Member Would an electric toothbrush with a very soft brush help or do you use one? I also like Listerine's Zero Alcohol mouth wash. It has a mint flavor but doesn't dry out the mouth. Hugs from Pam xx
Rinsing your mouth with warm salted water can give some relief from inflamed gums I was also told by my dentist to brush with downward strokes for top teeth and upward for bottom starting from the gums downwards or upwards as the case may be.. Also use an ultra soft toothbrush. It has really helped me
Try to get some of the plastic, pre made flossers Judy. They work so well and help keep the area around the teeth cleaner. I also went and got a waterpik...it flosses your teeth below the gums it helps a lot.
Hi all again.
Yes definitely sonsodyne toothpaste is best to use for your teath and gums. The dental hospital told me to place a small strip of it where my gums was inflamed last thing at night when im finished eating or drinking for the day.
If you have clove powder put just a tiny tad of it mixed together and put the fine strip of it along the area.
Another thing you all could do is after you take your medacation an or inhalers , rince your mouth out with mouth wash . I hope this helps you. Wishing you all a painfree day or in my part of the world night sleep. π€ππΌππ»
