Shoulder Brace
A friend suggested I might experiment with a shoulder brace to ease the pain in my neck and go some way to correct my poor posture. I see the threads where other people are using one or enquiring about using one. Is there a particular brand anyone would recommend? I've looked on Amazon and am bewildered by which to choose from so many. I live in England.
Brilliant. Thank you, Ronnie. I'll give one a go. I might even have one I bought for plane journeys somewhere.
I had pain when trying one. Maybe you need a PT consult?
Hi . try putting a pillow behind your head for awhile feel it runs its course sometimes. my neck and shoulders hurt I lay down for awhile. or try a neck pad It closed in the front its all foam and comes in sizes. It works get a soft one and measure the height so it stays under your chin. not expensive. got 2 on amazon.
Hi sorry to be so long replying. (For some reason the notification went into my junk mail!)
Thanks. I'll bear that in mind.
My Pilates teacher (who is also a chartered physiotherapist) and my osteopath both suggest I might try one, but both are reluctant to guarantee success.🕊️
