I find prolia injections have less side effects than fosamax & actonel.

I am new also and am looking for answers.

i had a bone scan that determined i had early osteoporosis. Dr not very informative, said it was up to me what to do. Medication, injections, vitamins, not sure what to do to help myself for the future. have asked to be referred to a specialist. Looking for advice. does medication or injections help? Are bone scans better after meds? What works, what doesn't or is it all individual?
