Its probably been asked before, forgive me. I struggle using the site because if the brain injury and my cataracts are getting worse. I have always had very thick strong hair, and long strong nails. Recently however, my hair is coming out in handfuls, it becoming very thin. And my nails are constantly breaking. My question is, could this be related to the osteoporosis? @A MyOsteoTeam Member You could try Collagen Peptides that mixes with meals, drinks , allot of things. I take a scoop in my morning coffee. Good for Hair , nails, skin, muscles bones and joint health.Just read container to see what that one supports. I just got a new one, I was out picked it up to try. It is Hydrollyzed Collagen peptides, Grass fed, Pasture Raised.
I notice that my nails grew some and strong, my hair also is thinning. Do you take any osteoporosis drugs from your Dr.? I know that the symptoms from them cause teeth issues, jaw and more. I don't take any Dr. prescribed drugs for osteoporosis. I'm to scared of the side effects. I have no other issues health wise. I'm thankfull. Yes take all your vitamins, . Hi Olive, how are you today ? Hope your hair is falling out less, your nails stop breaking & your teeth stop chipping away. You can get Vitamin Tablets to help with all of those.
