my doctor advised it. have not told of my jaw pain, but will soon. suffered another fall, fx arm, cast elbow to fingers. facing the facts - use a walker & exercises for balance per physical therapy. will decide - no more rx reclast. accept fact - body is deteriorating right on schedule....goal - keep & utilize sense of humor!!! good music & old reruns of carol burnette & tim conway. also johnny carson w zoo animals.

My Dr keeps PUSHING me to take Reclast - But it SCARES ME! 1st treatment can cause KIDNEY Failure! How did you decide to actually start taking this Rx?

I've been taking a plant-based calcium supplement which gives me 600 mg of calcium plus vitamin DK zinc and taking an additional 2000 mg of d everyday and getting another 600 at least milligrams in food.
