I Have Been Getting Intermittent Pain In Right Side Of Middle Back
It mostly comes on towards the end of the day. Sometimes it's just a dull ache other times it's quite incapacitating. I have been on Actonel for nearly 8 months. Has anyone experienced anything similar? My endocrinologist doesn't think it's from the Actonel. I have had a cat scan and nothing has shown up;it's not imagined!

I do have irritable bowel syndrome maybe it is a contributing factor. I hadn't thought of that.
Hi Judy9, i get a pain on the right side & less often on left side of back. My physiotherapist said it was a tight muscle & gave me a deep massage.

With osteoporosis the spine can slowly press on other organs. I have had pain to both sides over the past and the G P said it was nothing wrong. Since then
I have realised it is my bowel being crushed a bit and I take a Movicel sachet every morning non addictive and perfectly safe π I get relief from that pain π
