I just purchased from Native Path when they had their special and have been taking 2 scoops a day but only started about a week ago, that is why I asked the question if anyone is using and if it actually helps. You are correct it is a bit pricey but worth it if it helps, but not if it doesn’t make much difference. Hope it helps both of us.

I just started using Native Path collagen, 2 scoops a day. Don't care for it in coffee but great in a smoothie. I'm hoping it will help, probably take some months. They recently had a good special, it's a bit pricey.

I've been using the powder for about a year. My doctor was enthusiastic when I told her. Remains to be seen If it helps but my nails and hair sure grow fast now

I'm about 3 weeks into taking it, so far nothing noticeable but that is expected I think. I tried mixing it in my yougurt but that didn't work so well, too gooie. Any other ideas besides smoothies? I don't care for it in coffee.
