I have osteoporosis in my rib cage so so painfull makes me cry sometimes &thats not like me im 85 &will be 86 in a few months ,havee a nice day everyone x

Yes I've had the same for over 3years now. It was explained to me that the 4 compression fractures in my spine have made the ribcage move backwards and are now squashing my tummy area. I know how uncomfortable this makes you feel . Do you have spinal fractures?
