Wish I could take Tumeric. I’m 75 years old and my skin bleeds if I get the slightest scratch. Tumeric is a blood thinner and makes this worse.

Yes, Turmeric is a blood thinner. Not a good recommendation for you. Take 2 Aleve.

Take Turmeric, It is a supplement and you can buy it at Walgreens . It is a goldish-looking capsule that contains black pepper. 1,000 mg. In morning and one in evening.

I know, you’re thinking, another pill. IT WORKS for pain associated with arthritis. Dr. tells me it is safe too!
