Anyone experienced cramps in toes & surrounding area? This is fairly recent.
On right side where I have some nerve damage from past spinal stenosis

Yes, and in legs, Find taking magnesium tablets helps a lot. Also magnesium spray is magic.

I get them in bed at night, i think mine was from wearing tight shoes during the day Have a good day
