@A MyOsteoTeam Member is very important for us to be protected from breaking our bones and I have had a problem in 2014 when I moved a heavy steel framed round table and where I tried to stand it up it pulled the muscles almost off my stomach and back. However in 2017 when I got Pneumonia and I was in hospital I had XRays which showed that I had broken bones in my Thoracic spine area T 10, 11 and 12 at the same time and it’s been a learning experience for my Osteoporosis journey!
