I Have Decided To Stop Taking Alendronate Because I Don’t Feel It Lives Up To It’s Hype. Is It Really Worthwhile To Take?
Have read that it has a low efficacy. Low percentage of usefulness.
You are right. That drug is only meant for short term use as it weakens the bone over time and causes bone fractures. There are a lot of things natural that strengthen bones. Bone broth is excellent and plain yogurt and probiotics and calcium and magnesium curcumin kefir and I know a man who ate yogurt for 6 months and got out of his walker for good and over osteoporosis. He is still okay. Bone broth Organika brand is so good and my grandmother lived on that and at 85 years old she was run right over by a car and only had a sore hip and no broken or fractured bones. It has amino acids in it and a whole host of things and kefir a yogurt drink cuts down on your risk of fractures by 81%
My aunt died of osteoporosis while on a bone building drug and my other aunt fell in her house and broke a rib and it punctured her lung and she was on actonel a bone building drug. The only one that I know is good is prolia as a lot of people I know are on it with no problem
