Got first shot of prolia no side effects so far 🥰🤞

Hello! I have been on Prolia for 15 years and take 2000 ui of D3
take it slow in the winter on sidewalks
get a pair of boots with good traction

I just had first shot of prolia no side effects so think this will help my bones .am also 6 month prolia and calcium with vit D try to eat 2 dairy twice a day which my endocrinologist said so good luck 🥰

I am on a 6 monthly Prolia injection and as well take Caltrate every day ( Vit D & calcium.)
