Why Am I Shirking, As A Male I've Lost Over A Inch In Hight
As a male my height loss really worries me, as my mum suffered from osteoporosis, Doc says h ave it too, he has seen my x-rays, my left shoulder is bearly holding on, I'm frightened, what happens when it finally give up and let's go
Hi BiilyBob, l have lost height, too, some of which is from not being able to stand straight...l have a crush fracture in my spine, from osteoperosis. It takes a bit of getting used to, but l have realised that it's a bit like greying hair...it's only pride, in the end! So l have told myself to work on my heart and smile. It's working. Second thing is the fear of our bones breaking, and yes, it's a possibility. So, l am working on my skeleton in many ways... please read my story, as it won't fit on here! I am adding you to my team, as l have some lovely people on it, and we are supporting each other well, whist we go down the road of healing... will you join us? 😊💪🦴🦋

I Have Not Actually Been Diagnosed With Osteoporosis But Have Had Two Bone Density Tests. The First One Was A Few Years Ago.
