Any Recommendations For Osteopenia In Your Neck? I Am Currently Taking Vitamen D And Calcium. Any Exercises I Can Do?
This is a wonderful video on osteoporosis and calcium https://youtu.be/A_oadHYkoV0
Fumble is onto something, there! Taking some of the bone-builders, without the others, willnot do as much good as taking as many in the range as we can.... l take vit D, calcium, manesium/zinc combo, selenium/silica combo, vit C and 180 mcg vitK2(m7). Getting those from our food is added benefit....cheese, milk eggs, butter, kale, almonds, prunes... Walking is about the best exercise to build bone, so l go to the main street on errands, and for weekly shopping, and garden in my large garden, clocking up at least a km(1/2 a mile) per day. Once a week, l go for my Garden Tour of the district, and walk at a more liesurely pace, clocking up about 3km (1 & 1/2 miles), where l enjoy looking at what is growing in other people's gardens, and getting ideas for mine. Hope this helps, and that you get your skeleton good and strong again. God bless. 😊💪🦴
Vid and calcium evidently do not work for bones according to the latest studies. I take vit D3 5000IU and Vit K2MK7 180mcgs per day for osteoporosis. I hope things work out for you.
Hey,
Yes, do wall push ups, squats and knee lifts each day. Walk unless it's too cold outside, then walk inside....the grocery store etc.
Cheers,
