Gradually you will improve. To be safe, start slow and don't overdo. Consult a physical therapist trained in osteoporosis. I have been to several that lack the training. So I found Margaret Martin online among others. Much of her information is free and helpful. Experts stress that it is important to avoid exercises that may compress the spine. For that reason, we are often told to avoid forward flexion and severe superman extensions. Twists may be problematic for some. I have scoliosis so I avoid twisting exercises. But focusing on weight or resistance training is ideal. I like routine so I know if I am improving, but I tend to mix it up a bit. You can do this!

I find “cobra” poses to be very relaxing. In the past I have done “ Twelve Poses For Osteoporosis” by Loren Fishman. Not anymore. Just laziness. Started incorporating the exercise regimen recommended by The Bone Clinic in Australia on YouTube. Did them three days so far. I like to try different types of exercises. Strict adherence to one type I find boring.
Yes, I am working with my alternative Obgyn. Not with an endocrinologist. I might consult one at some point in the future if I can find one that will not use scare tactics to convince me to take medication.
A few years back, my Dr. (obgyn) gave me a script for PT, for osteoporosis. They can assess you and give you what exercises would be good for you, including weight bearing exercises.
