Kendall Malloy Chicago, IL Hi. I can't take the meds.....side effects. I've been doing herbal alternatives & methods since my 2022 diagnosis. I found a Physician who is an MD but has knowledge of herbal alternatives. It's worked for me. Still running, yoga, hiking, etc. It's not for everyone. Hope this helps. HUGS

Bev,

I am also using supplements and will not go back to any RX medication at the end of the 6 months period that Prolia is supposed to work. No more Prolia for me.
I garden, cook (too much!), read a lot and am adding more bone strengthening exercise to my regime. I struggle with keeping weight on.
My best to you,
Betty5

I have used specific vitamin and mineral supplements in theraputic doses, since being diagnosed. Achieving great results, and have had no adverse side effects, and am not fatigued. Walk, garden, work. Getting stronger every day...on my way to Well. Happy. See my story for full details. All the best. πŸ™‚πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ🦴

Me too, Betty5. The doctors think I'm not eating.
Be well.
