How Safe Is Prolia?

I'm worried about jawbone damage and heartburn. I had both with Fosamax. My doctor says Prolia is different but both are listed on the side effects.

Hi Cathytronl,
I have been on prolia injections for 6 years. I am aware there might be jawbone problems. I shall probably leave off prolia after 10 years.
I wish i could do without it.
I gave up Fosamax because of side effects..

Hi cathytron,
No side effects from prolia injection.
I am 77 years old & suffer from osteoarthritis & mild COPD. I feel good when in bed. Lol.
