Which Treatment Is The Safest And Most Effective For Advanced Osteoporosis?
Thank you! Good luck to you too. Let me know if your new scan shows improvement. 💚
Mine is Mine is -4.1. I will not do any more of the pharmaceutical injections or pills. I find that walking and stretching and some exercise in the morning, plus a good diet and the correct vitamins have made me feel great. My back does not hurt very often unless I sit too long. That is my regime , I feel that it is helping. I will know within the next year when I get another DEXA scan, but I’m feeling pretty darn good. I also do collagen in my coffee in the morning which is really helping my fingernails and hair. Hopefully it’s helping my bone density as well. Good luck with whatever you do and God bless.
Thank you, it’s all good advice! I have a -4.2 in my back and would like to stop its progression or even improve it if possible. My doctor says I will probably fracture something in the next few years if I don’t do anything drastic (which means aggressive medication). I hate that idea because I tend to react negatively to drugs. Don’t know what to do 🥺
