I have not been diagnosed with psoriasis, but my scalp is very itchy. My dermatologist said that this happens with old people because our skin gets dry. She gave me a special shampoo. That’s very expensive and then told me I could use head and shoulders. It really does help and head and shoulders now has a conditioner. Give it a try!

This has occurred to a friend of mine =Itchy scalp and other parts of her body and osteoporosis as well after a fractured back occurred - Just bending over to get plate out of dish washer. I must ask her what she uses to ease the itch.

The dr has recommended an expensive shampoo & spray. They work. I have to keep my hair short.
