Hi Paulettejude, apparently water aerobics isn't a weight bearing exercise so although it's good exercise and enjoyable it's not one of the best exercises for people with osteoporosis. The best exercises for osteoporosis are the weight bearing exercises (walking, running, skipping step aerobics or going up/down stairs, and lifting weights/press ups) 🦵🦵💪💪 💜
